Who is this course suitable for?
Anyone who wants to improve their experience of life. We’ve had teens, 80 year olds, psychology professors, taxi drivers, stay at home mums and corporate leaders do the course – and everyone in between. It has wide appeal across ages and academic levels as it is so simple and story based.
How much time is required?
The workshop sessions are 1 hour a week for 6 weeks. You will also have practices to practice however they won’t take up much in the way of extra time as they tend to replace things you already do.
